Difficulty Swallowing while taking Pralsetinib (Gavreto)

Good Morning
Has anyone had trouble swallowing dense foods such as pork and beef while on Pralsetinib(Gavreto)?

Good morning Speedy- It does sound as if you are having a difficult time. Difficulty swallowing can be one of the first signs of an allergic reaction to a medication. You should call your doctor immediately. Then he/she can go from there.

Although I am not familiar with this drug I did do some research and I didn't see your symptom listed as a common side effect. Did your doctor explain this medication to you before putting you on it?
