Did you know about other resources?

Did you know that some books have been written about long covid? I bought one today- its called the Long Covid Solution by Dr Carla Koun.
Also, the long covid group on reddit has a list of treatments for long covid and its symptoms.
Finally, there is a research site that is collecting information on the things that people are doing to get well. It’s called Long covid data- https://longcoviddata.org/research To date, science, healthcare, pharmaceutical, government have not developed any treatments for lc. We are all out here on our own, figuring out what works by trial and error.
Many people are finding a low histamine diet to be helpful. That means no kombucha or sauerkraut and other fermented foods.
My internal medicine doctor doesn’t have any ideas to help me. Nor do any specialists.
Have a happy holiday.
