Did Triple Therapy work for you?

Posted by paullab @paullab, Mar 17 11:51am

Hello folks,
There are a lot of posts here from people who said they were undergoing TT at the time they posted, but not many who say they actually finished it, whether or not it worked for them, and if it worked to improve symptoms, if the positive outcomes remained after the therapy and for how long.
If you have gone through the therapy, could you share your experience with us, regardless of whether it was positive or negative? Thank you for your help.

@paullab I chose to not try triple therapy, and instead chose Dr. Bruce Patterson’s program. I am about two months in to what is supposed to be a six month program and many of my symptoms are improving

Shoot, I dropped the ball with my question. Somehow, i was under the impression that Dr. Bruce Patterson’s program is the same thing as TT, but they are not. Now I'll repost.

I also understand that TT is being offered by Medhelp 280 in Birmingham, AL with Dr. Jordan Vaughn, who is pioneering this field in the US based on the South African research.

What triple therapy involves? Thanks!

3 potent different anti clotting medications dispensed simultaneously, to supposedly break up microclots that they think are responsible for long covid. You have to be there in person.

I have just come across this post so apologies if I've missed out on some of the information you have provided.

My son has been suffering with long covid for nearly 3 yrs, he is slowly improving but still not there yet. Unfortunately, Australia doesn't seem to want to acknowledge any l9ng term side effects from the actual illness or vaccine related health concerns.

Please could you explain what your symptoms are as I would like to compare with my son.

Many thanks and best of luck with your treatment

@hippos2000 Hello from the other side of the planet and Charleston, SC, USA.

First, I don't think any nation is acknowledging long term effects of the illness or the vaccine. Fortunately there are small groups of medical professionals around the world that are researching and available to help Long COVID sufferers.

My short story is that I was injured by the Moderna vaccine (first booster) in November 2021 and then went through every available resources here in Charleston and they threw ever test in the book at me which showed everything normal. I went to Mayo Rochester and all their tests showed normal. I learned moderation (don't overdue physical or mentally) from Mayo which helped, but I didn't feel well, didn't want to live the rest of my life feeling unwell and didn't give up.

My major symptoms were PEM, Exercise Intolerance, and Brain Fog. My first noticeable symptom was a rocking sensation when I walked my dog in the morning. I am in my late 60s and was exercising 6 out of 7 days, 45 minutes aerobic elliptical and resistance. After my first booster within weeks I would be wiped out and would need to lay down for a couple of hours after attempting that level of exercise. Something was definitely wrong.

"Don't give up. Don't ever give up." is my Jimmy Valvano motto. I turned to 'Dr YouTube' and 'Dr Google' and that's how I found Dr Patterson his group of medical professionals. There are many hours of YouTube interviews to watch and you should watch as much as you want to in order to decide if that's the way you want to go.

I am a bit over 2 months on his program and feel I have turned the corner with my physical energy and mental focus returning. I am very very grateful for my progress so far and hopeful it continues.

I wish you and your son well and would be happy to answer any other questions you might have. Best to you, Art

FYI, this post was made in error and the author really meant to ask about Dr. Patterson, there is another post with different and better information.

@hippos2000 Time well spent. You will find Dr Patterson’s working theory different than triple therapy. Triple therapy is a blood thinning tactic and Dr Patterson takes an anti inflammation approach.

Yes, I was confused by the same as well. Bruce Patterson's Long COVID Protocol (focused on inflammation) is NOT the same as Triple Therapy (focused on microclotting). I am currently trying to exhaust my options with trying supplements, but my God, there are so many of them!

BTW, I am thinking of trying Nattokinase & Serrapeptase supplementation, to mimic the effects of Triple Therapy and see if that brings any relieve at all. I red from some who could not participate in Triple Therapy for whatever reasons, that what they are doing.
Anybody has any experience with these supplements?
