diagnosis neurotoxicity

Hello i was wondering is there a test will know that there is neurotoxicity to patient brain that’s effects the cognitive , alot informations said brain imaging such as MRi , some said Spect or PET scan , please what the tests will diagnosis that there is neurotoxicity in brain ?
