I was diagnosed with Bechect back in October 2024. I get reoccurring mouth ulcers. I have had up to 12 at one time and their extremly painful. I've had these ever since I was a teenager. I was put on 5mg Prednisone to help manage the flare ups. Which has helped manage my sores. But I was wondering if their was anyone else out there that has gone through this or anything similar.

I have ANCA vasculitis and alsonexperience mutiple mouth sores. I take prednisone and mexeotrexate, and when mouth sores flare i am.prescribed a.compound called "Magic mouthwash" which is truly magic for clearing these quickly. I have read where others use it as well with similar results. Must be prescribed and mixed by pharmacist. It has steroids in it. Works very well. Good.luck.
