Diagnosed last year with MGUS.

I use this brand for well over the last 6 months. My last light chain labs were slightly lower. I cannot prove or guarantee the Curcumin is the reason but I will continue to take them! I take 5 pills a day with Omega 3 fatty acids. I’ve had no negative side effects. Positive side effects are less fatigue and leg aches.
You can look up clinical trials for Curcumin on the web that show positive results in high dosage.

As with any other OTC supplements, make sure you check out any possible counter indications. For me, there is the potential for it to interfere with my blood sugar management as I’m on Metformin.
