diabetic amyopathy lumbosacral plexopathy neuropathy

Has anyone with this diagnosis found a treatment that is helpful? I have received high dose steroid infusions per Mayo Clinic protocol that my local neurologist prescribed (15 infusions of 1 gram Solu Medrol) over the course of 4 months. So far I have not improved. I am seeking alternative therapies.

Welcome @welland, Sorry to hear that your treatment for the diabetic amyotrophy hasn't helped so far. Hopefully members who may have some experience will be able to share what has helped them. I did find some information that might be helpful while you wait for others to respond.
