Hello wildadabeest,
You are the first person I’ve come across that is a DES daughter. I’m 65 and am also a DES daughter.
I have never, as far as I know, had any illness or pain, with one exception, that related back to the DES.
When I was in my 20’s my PAP test came back as a II R. I had displasia that my doctor said was precancerous. He performed cryosurgery to remove the cells lining my cervix. Thankfully I never had another issue.
I’ve had plenty of other health hiccups over the years, several autoimmune conditions, and osteoporosis. I have wondered if any of these conditions are related to my DES status. My mother also had quite a few autoimmune conditions as well as osteoporosis, so who knows.
Have you seen a doctor about the pain you are experiencing? Passing out from the pain is scary. Have you undergone any testing?
Wishing you the best!

I am 78 and a DES daughter. I had my left ovary removed when I was 29 due to cysts having burst. When I was 40 my right ovary was removed as it was covered in cysts and they also removed my uterus and cervix. All these organs were precancerous.
In 2007, I had colon cancer, but this was probably inherited.
I wonder if the pain on your right side is your appendix or right ovary.

Wildadabeest,
Keep in mind it can take up to 10 years to fully get through menopause.
Hopefully this spotting will turn out to be nothing at all.
Fingers crossed
