Dermatologist!!!

I have these goosebumps like bumps all over my thighs and my genital area. I’m also itching and having spikes in my genital area along with my thighs. I have had sex recently with one person with and without condom. I also have had 5 different sexual partners in the past. I have had no condom sex with 3 out of the 5 people. I got tested multiple times And it all came back negative, I am now on vacation and am starting to feel the urge to itch. Also when I shine a flashlight onto my skin I see a bunch of little goosebumps.

when I first felt the spikes it was months ago after my second time having sex. I used a condom with this person and only had sex one time with this person, about a week later I got this spike in my genitals that urged me to itch it. I was worried, I then got a std test and it came back negative. The signs went away and there was no visible marks or sores. Just recently am I feeling this weird itching urge again. I really don’t want it to be HSV
