Depression

Anyone taking an antidepressant?
Some days I'm out and about doing everything.
Other days I can barely move.
The couch, bed, bathroom.
Maybe the kitchen.

I think everybody with a chronic disease is depressed more or less- we deal with this “inability feeling” and there are days you simply are sad or mad. I tried for a while escitalopram( mild and lowest dose) and it helped me sleep better and focus more and see things in a clear way. It was prescribed by my family doctor. But no matter what I always have the feeling that my husbands and my life became “all about me”- when we eat, go out etc. When you accept it, even some, it’s easier to live. Talk to your family doctor and you should come with a solution that will help. Remember you are not alone. We all have moments when we hate aerobicas and eroclipses and 7% saline. I wish you patience

I was placed on 20mg Celexa when Abscessus abscessus got me down and I was on home IV med therapy. – 2023 I weaned myself off about three weeks ago when I decided that this is life and I am only doing PO meds from now on if it flares and will no longer agree to a PICC LINE.
