Dating and fibromyalgia

Hi
Just going through breast cancer and dealing with side effects from treatment and fibromyalgia. How do you date someone new and explain your condition? My fibro has been pretty bad since my bc treatment. I have not dated in fifteen years , so i'm extremely anxious and nervous to try to find a relationship. Wondered how others deal with it.

Wish I had a suggestion for you, but I’m way past the dating age. I can tell you, unfortunately, that after taking Tamoxifen for breast cancer, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Gentle hugs…

Sorry to hear that, it's definitely not fun. My fibro has been great for yrs but since going thru bcc and radiation it's been brutal fatigue and depression. I am past the dating age myself 66 . Not something I have thought about in yrs, but someone is interested 🤔

I have fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis. I am 60 and divorced after 38years of marriage. I have deformities so I was very upfront about it when I started dating. I figured that allowed them to walk away before investing in something. I will say, I've found a great guy. He says that if I get to the point where I need constant help, he'll hire someone to help me while he is at work. We do plan on marrying. Great guys are out there! But I found quite a few duds. I have fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis. I am 60 and divorced after 38years of marriage. I have deformities so I was very upfront about it when I started dating.
