Mayo Clinic for daily headaches from cervical spine Spondylosis

I have daily headaches now that come from Spondylosis in my cervical spine. I developed migraines in my 40's. Cervogenic Headaches have taken over as my main issue. I have seen another specialist in Urology and had such fantastic results. I would like to get some suggestions on what department is best to contact at Mayo? I was considering neurology but I am open to suggestions. Any experiences with this?
