Cushions to support butt/back when sitting

I have pain in both areas. I’m researching on Amazon. I suppose all I can do is order more than one and determine if any work.

Can anyone recommend a “wedge “ for the car. It is supposed to help fill the space in the car’s bucket seat, and help you sit with better alignment in the car. I am 2 weeks fresh off of lumbar spinal surgery and I don’t want to go back to where I was prior to surgery. Thank you
