Curonix peripheral nerve stimulator for pudendal neuralgia

Hi. Three weeks ago I had a Curonix PNS implanted for pudendal neuralgia. I have yet to feel success. I’d love to hear from others who have had this implant and your results. Also, I am wondering what my expectations should be of contact with the reps. I have been in touch about every three days with updates because it’s not working and their response time has been within two full days. I feel that since I am in the stage of finding the right setting, I should hear back within a day.

I’ve had good results from an implanted NALU stimulator, but the programming is crucial. Your rep should be responsive and take their time getting the settings that will help you.

@pierwell I had the same stimulator placed prior in a different area and the reps worked very hard trying to get it to work and it wouldn’t but now that it’s moved, they are ghosting me. I’m very frustrated because the pain is not good. How long did it take for your stimulator to work? My doctor said that he wants me to give 10 days to two weeks to each program because the nerve does not like to be changed every three to five days.

Mine took effect immediately. Not perfect, but it vibrates pleasantly and distracts from the pain. Keep trying to find the right settings.
