Curious if anyone has had a pelvic evisceration

I had anal cancer in 2006 Stage I, surgery got it all. After 18 years it came back and settled in the rectum, Stage 3 as it had metastasized. The same pathology as anal cancer so it was treated as anal cancer. Surgery was not an option; colostomy was a necessity due to severe constipation and fecal incontinence. The chemo and radiation were successful for treatment of cancer. They did cause other problems like bilateral sacral fractures and a massive pulmonary embolism. We knew there was a 60% chance that cancer would come back. 15 months after chemo and radiation cancer is back again. We hoped it would be a few years before showing up. The surgeon has recommended a pelvic evisceration, no guarantee they can get all of it. They won’t touch the scar tissue wrapped around the internal iliac vein which has a high probability of having cancer cells. I could be left with ongoing leg problems. As a metaphysician, dr of energy following Traditional Chinese Medicine, I’m not in favor of surgery especially when it is high risk not performed that often and no guarantee that they can get it all. I’m currently doing Artemisa Annu (Sweet Annie Tincture) in the morning and Prunella Vulgaris (Self-Heal Tincture) in the evening along with the energy work. All thoughts and comments are welcome.
