ct results look worrisome but doctors ignore

My first CT scan was in march. I cough up black and brown specs daily, I’ve cracked 6 ribs so far from coughing, I can’t walk10 ft without losing my breath some days. I’m45 years old.
The report states : lesions are almost too numerous to count but some of the prominent findings
measures 11 x 9 mm
1 low density lesion 26 x 8 mm, multiple areas of groundglass change
largest 15 x 8 mm.
Additional 7 mm with smaller adjacent lesionsProminent finding 9
3 × 8groundglass semisolid lesion 8 x 7 mm
Second CT from ER due to cracked rib pain and low oxygen levels of 31, which is still like that, mentions emphysema, which I don’t have. Still no further instructions for treatment or what to do next. Also newly found masses on thyroid, chest, and armpit. Blood tests been not normal for a year. Why do we get treated like this from certain doctors?

submit (or ask doctors to) copies of the CT for second/third opinions
some webpages are offering this, but I have no reviews.
If I were in USA, I'd probably try National Diagnostic Imaging

Please find another doctor and get second option. I am assuming you are on oxygen. I am so sorry you are
having these problems . Keep searching.

I finally got so tired of feeling ignored that I found a different doctor and was adamant that something get done. It's unfortunate that we, the patient, must push for our care instead of depending on and trusting the medical professionals to care and do their job. Unfortunately, I have reached the conclusion that the Doctors don't really care because the $$$$ is more important to them!
