Could Lyme tick disease of 25 years ago be the cause of chronic fatig?

Two years ago my wife, now 80, had a mild case of likely covid. She has been exhausted since. Improving a bit recently. It's frustrating because her doctor says she's completely healthy by all measures.

In the 90s she had Lyme tick disease, pretty severe. Took months to diagnose. Extreme fatigue, Bells Palsy, the whole bit. Could the disease be the cause of the current fatigue?
