Cortical Spreading Depression Aurarith bo migraine

Anyone else experience this?
I've had it happen occasionally for years. I'm actually having it right now. I can sometimes pin down a trigger, but not always.
The"fireworks" lasts about 20-25 minutes and spmetimez is followed by a very slight headache.
