Constipation/diarrhea prolonged with back and abdominal pain

I have been sick for two months. I’ve been to urgent care six times, the ER once and a visit with a surgeon. Nobody will help me. I’ve had constipation mostly but bouts with diarrhea as well with an overall yuck feeling I can’t describe. Terrible lower back and abdominal pain, nausea, headaches that wake me up, sweating. I honestly can’t remember everything anymore. A ct showed I have a partial bowel obstruction but the surgeon I saw two days ago says no. He is sending me for a small intestine follow through next week. They have me meds to coat my stomach and to treat ulcers. I declined to take them. During this two month period I was diagnosed with a sinus infection, continuous uti, and strep. I was given four antibiotics and two steroids. About two weeks later I was I was in the ER for severe dehydration where they treated me for a headache and sent me home. I’ve been so miserable and no one will help me. I gave myself two enemas yesterday and today I’m feeling the same back/abdominal pain and overall yuck feeling. Has anyone else been through this?
