I have a constant cough: Any thoughts?

waiting to be seen at cancer center. have a constant cough & nothing I try seems to help. comes & goes at the strangest of times. any thoughts would be helpful to me. thanks

I think that things have changed drastically since COVID and the medical field just hasn't caught up, at least not in the states.

I'd love to see how you make out!

I would contact the pulmonologist who referred you and ask them to reach out to oncologist since they are not responsive.

Finally got some movement with Carbone Cancer Center. This coming Tues. meet w/pulmonologist for a plan & some tests. Was told they are finally getting around to putting a team together. Guess the calls finally worked. We should not have to stay on folks like a tick on a dog. Just my thoughts.

Couldn’t agree more! I requested a pulminology appt too. Was met by a P.A.. Was told: ‘What do you want me to do about it? You’ve got stage 4 lung cancer-.’ I hope your appt is productive and if; God forbid you are treated the same, stand up and kick the person in the gluteus maximus!!!!!
