Constant chronic pain - nerve entrapment and scoliosis

Hi, I’m 24 yrs old. 2.5 yrs ago I started have chronic constant upper back and neck pain every single day. The pain doesn’t stop unless I take tramadol, or I’m in the sauna. I have dorsal scapular nerve entrapment and scoliosis. Got prescribed a nerve pain medication so I’m going to try that. Any advice would help

shawberry901, I have a mild form of what you are experiencing. Chiropractics has really helped me. and I see them often. There is a steroid injection that I haven't tried. And then there is this video https://www.youtube.com/watch I don't know the doctor.
