Colonoscopy after months of diarrhea?

I have stage IV RCC and take daily cabo and nivo IV every 4 weeks. I have had constant diarrhea for 3 or so months. My oncologist is concerned the IV is causing problems thus I must have colonoscopy to rule out his concern. Anyone else gone down this road? Outcome?
Don’t feel sick and no matter what I eat, I just can’t be too far away from a bathroom:)
