Cold feeling in noseand cold dry air

Hello I've been diagnosed with a deviated septum and enlarged middle turbinate I've been given flonase for 3 month to help with it but it made my nose dry and I couldn't tolerate it for more then 2 weeks so I've stopped it it made me feel like the air I breath is too cold and I still feel like it's cold till this day I feel like I am not getting enough air and I am wheezing through my nostrils when I breathe and also my nose and face feel cold and I feel cold even though we are in mid August I am worried that flonase might have causes atrophic rhinitis or reduced the tissue in my face I am not sure what all these symptoms are and non of the doctors or my family seem to take me seriously
