Clopidogrel reaction

After placement of a double stent in my LAD, Clopidogrel was prescribed. I am having extreme tiredness, jitters and light headedness. Has anyone experienced this, what did your cardiologist do. Did you try a different blood thinner. Did you get the same side-effects?
I am 2 weeks in, I feel horrible after taking the drug. My plan is to switch to the evening and see if that helps.
Any information would be most appreciated.
