Clobetasol propionate for ichen sclerosus

Does clobetasol propionate irritate any of you w/ ichen sclerosus? It seems to be making mine worse and my ob/gyn says she'll do a biopsy if I'm not better in 3 weeks. Any alternatives to suggest?
