CLL - Precluded from Other Studies

I had seen a reference in a new study on osteoporosis drugs that precluded participation by anyone with a bone marrow disorder. Now for the second time, I have been excluded from participation in a study at a local University. This one is on the effect of a medication that blocks inflammation on energy and mobility. The other was on use of a soy supplement for arterial stiffness and cognition.

Is anyone else troubled by the fact that we are excluded from studies and then there is no data on the effect of a medication on our condition?

I have CLL and bullous pemphigoid. But they are not treating the CLL as it is not to the point where I need treatment as it is a very slow growing cancer.
