Clinical trials sjogrens & other autoimmune disorders

I’m relatively newly diagnosed. Cevilemine & Plaquenil . Too early to tell if Plaquenil will work. Cevilemine, inconsistent & works too well for the sweating side effect. First step eligible for clinical trial ( pharma company) . Nervous as I don’t trust big pharma to protect my interests. Also inconvenient location, but I “ may” be eligible for transportation reimbursement. After more screening, I may not be eligible. But I’d like to hear from people as to experiences on such trials.Thanks! Have a healthy Thanksgiving!
