Class IV deep tissue laser

Has anyone heard of this or tried it even for compressed nerve pain? There is a physical therapy office that sent out flyers that they are using this. I'm somewhat skeptical of this office but I wanted to check to see if anyone had tried it and did it have any effect? For pain relief of course

I have my own class four laser that I used my horse business and now use on myself.It helps a lot, but it's kind of do it every day.That's why it doesn't help to go to someone like a chiropractor to have it done.
