Cialis and acid reflux

Has anyone had problems with acid reflux while being on cialis? I have been on 5mg for sometime and I am wondering it is is causing my acid reflux

Cialis relaxes the smooth muscles of the lower esophageal sphincter and commonly causes acid reflux, indigestion and or heartburn. I was on 5 mg daily and noticed this effect within two weeks of starting. Since then I have reduced to 5 mg every other day which improved these symptoms. Viagra and Levitra are also known to cause the same effects.

@jheadding Curious, and thanks for sharing! I have been on 5mg Cialis for at least six months and have just been diagnosed with a small ulcer. Esophagitis is improving through the use of Prilosec 2X daily. I have been using Cialis with the hope of improving my odds for erections after treatment and hadn't heard of digestive irritation.
