Chronic unrelenting Pain in Pelvic floor. Muscles and nerve.

I have chronic pain in pelvic pain after a bad fall with fractured bones have healed but left with Myofascial pelvic pain syndrome. Two treatments may be used. Botox or Ketamine. Anyone tried either one of these treatments? Pain is unrelenting and includes pain in hips from arthritis in hips. HELP!

Hi mshepard1,
I tried sublingual ketamine for chronic pelvic pain. It didn’t help me at all. My Dr says it helps some people but not others.
I haven’t tried Botox but some are helped from it, others are not!
It’s a tough situation to figure out!
