chronic inguinal canal pain etc.

born with primary testicle failure,total t at 66ng/dl,both testicles at 1ml, have microliths, and are prescrotal most of the time always are when standing up upper scrotum when sitting scrotum is small and mostly flat ,any others with this problem what can i do for pain
