Hello @colinrfc29, I know it has to be difficult dealing with the abdominal pain along with frequent bowel movements and not have any answers. I'm not a doctor and have no medical training but the symptoms do sound a lot like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

You mentioned being on antibiotics for h pylori. You might find this newsfeed article helpful as it sounds similar to what you describe.

Are you currently on antibiotics for the h pylori?

@colinrfc29 Sometimes when we take antibiotics, they upset our intestinal system. And sometimes long term routines of certain medications [including antibiotics!] can lose their effectiveness, and a change may be needed.

Have you tried probiotics in some form? Healthy greek yogurt, with probiotics incorporated already into the product, or stand-alone probiotics, might help. It may take a bit to figure out what is causing the upset. Muscle twitches, fatigue, etc could all be by-products of dehydration that can come with the frequent digestive upset. And let's not forget about daily stress causing symptoms! That has been my experience.

Yes good points , I have had magnesium checked etc was fine , I have had a lot of antibiotics, I’m not sure what probiotics would suit due to strains for different things and incase I have autoimmunity , I was going to take curcumin
