@lmhgator80, I read in another discussion that your husband is being treated for colorectal cancer with FOLFOX plus panitumumab. It is likely Vectibix (panitumumab), a monoclonal antibody, that is causing the acne-like rash. I'm bringing @mogwa823 and @tgoz into the conversation to share their experiences.
In the meantime, you might find the tips in these articles helpful:

@lmhgator80, has the cancer team suggested any moisturizers or steroids to help reduce the skin side effects? How is your husband doing?
Thank you for this information. He is doing better after using Doxycycline and clindamycin gel. The problem is the rash heals well until he has his next treatment and then flares up again.
I am on a Xelox or CapeOx treatment. My face (forehead mostly) is broken out and blemishes are bright pinkish red!
Oxaliplatin and capecitabine is a chemotherapy combination known as XELOX. This combination might also be called CAPOX, CAPE-OX or OxCap.
@maryanne12, do you find that the rash on your forehead and face dimishes during the 3 weeks after treatment? What do you use to soothe the blemishes?
