Cellulitis, or?

Help! I have lymphedema — both legs. My ankles and above are very red and thick skinned, with orange peel texture. There is also some skin redness and flat red spots on other parts of legs, as well as some new texture like blisters might form. I have had a few vesicles that have seeped a little clear liquid…not puss. I have no swelling of the redness nor is the skin hot to the touch. No fever. Should I take an antibiotic in case this is headed to cellulitis? Is this alone already cellulitis? What antibiotic is recommended?
