Ceased Prolia - any side effects or fractures as warned of discontinue

I asked an Endocrinologist for advice on discontinuing Prolia/due to receive3rd 6 monthly injection. She advised next on the market for Osteoporosis. I had the injection-stil after nearly 4 weeks experiencing extremely painful skeletal pain. I am allergic to anti/inflammatory meds. I am looking for any advice of persons ceasing Prolia-either any side effects. I also receive Ozempic weekly injections tips for Diabetes 2 - I reside in a rural area Victoria Australia. Diana
