Is CBD safe to use with Tramadol for pain?

I have osteoporosis arthritis and currently take tramadol for pain. Can CBD be taken safely with tramadol. Trying to get off

Hmmm very interesting article - I am a 69-year retired nurse. I have had many broken bones, and replacements. I have been on Tramadol for a while, and I know I need to get off of it. I was interested in trying the CBD, but didn't know where to start. Thanks for the update. I guess I still need to go over it with my doctor. Plus, to see what he thinks about it?
