cataract stitch

Anyone have a cataract that was "unstable" and "wobbles"--moving so that vision blurs for a moment every time the eye moves--
SO uncomfortable and upsetting.... I believe the only possible correction is to go in again and make a stitch...which may or may not help and is particularly risky....
Anyone??????????
