Hello @livelife,

FDA approved diagnoses that qualify for CAR-T treatment are constantly changing as more sites around the world invest in research and development. As of now, at Mayo Clinic, the FDA approved treatments are available for relapsed, refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and relapsed, refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's-lymphoma. However, clinical trials are always rotating and may be worth monitoring, but exclusion criteria for clinical trials is often strict, https://www.mayoclinic.org/departments-centers/car-t-cell-therapy-program/sections/clinical-trials/rsc-20405550. I'd like to invite @ettap, @misty45, and @esperanzam, who have all discussed being diagnosed with essential thrombocytosis on Connect as well.

@livelife, CAR-T is typically used as a last resort treatment when other treatments have failed because it can be an intense treatment. Have you tried other treatments? How are you doing with symptoms of this diagnosis?
