Can’t go down steps 9 weeks TKR. Scared.

Can’t go down steps 9 weeks TKR. So painful. Crunching, pain, stiffness. Scared for any further surgeries or repair. This has been so painful. Still on hydrocodone. Very worried. Other knee surgery scheduled for Sept with different surgeon. I need advice please.

Yes, the ice machine they gave me is awesome on my knee. I'm glad its helping you at night. Do you take magnesium at all! That could help you also. It helps me alot with muscles and sleeping.
