Cancer Fatigue
WOW... is cancer fatigue real!! Just had treatment #16 this past week and my fatigue has been almost 24/7 for the past two weeks or so. I'll gladly take any advice/tips that have helped you.
Medical team says I have about five more weeks of regular treatments then go to maintenance phase which will be once a month. 🙏🏻🤞
Thank you! 😊

@treehouse5437 Be gentle on yourself. Do what needs to be done, but at your own pace. Don't push yourself if you don't feel like it. If you get days where you don't want to eat or nothing feels appealing to you based on what diet you need to follow, then at least try to get a protein shake into you. And you can make that with ice cream if you want!
For me, the big takeaway has always been to listen to my body and not push myself. Right now I am on a "vacation" from my one chemo but still have the second one every week. With the little bit of increased energy that I have experienced, of course I had to overachieve and push myself. Bad idea. So again, my hint is to be gentle on yourself.
