Cancelled 12th Evenity

Endocrinologist cancelled 84 year-old hubby's 12th Evenity injection after Dexa showed no change. Wants to discuss Prolia at appointment next week. This is also after one supposedly-failed Reclast injection before that -- because he had 5th and 6th vertebral compression fractures almost immediately afterward. (Although I'm not sure that was long-enough to really give Reclast a chance to work?)
He has severe kyphosis, and it's hard for him to get around -- especially with his oxygen concentrator for Pulmonary Fibrosis.
At what point do we just give up, and say it's not worth it, anymore?
