Can you stop taking enzymes after the Whipple?

How do you know if you can wean off ZenPep and Vital Nutrients? I had the Whipple 13 months ago, now am at a good weight, all scans and bloodwork clear. I didn't think of stopping the enzymes until my Dr.mentioned it at a recent follow-up. I have been taking 1 20,000 ZenPep along with 2 Vital Nutrients (OTC from Amazon) with meals, then 1 take 1 10,000 ZenPep with snacks.
I’m thinking you try cutting out some of these - maybe start with snacks, then see if you have intestinal problems (gas, bloating, diarrhea). In other words, you are your own guinea pig? Please share any experience you have had with this, thank you.
