Can I really be this sick?

Gallbladder removed
Redundant colon
Sigmoid stricture
Food intolerance
I am so very very ill and struggling to handle it. I have intermittent constipation/urgent explosive diarrhea. From eating certain foods. Then I'm so sick for days afterward.
Im on day four after emergency diarrhea all day at work and I feel like something is wrong.
Can these conditions make me so sick? I see the surgeon tomorrow
Anyone else have these? Are you that sick?

I am so sorry you are going through this. I know for me, dealing with my digestive issues is very difficult, but what makes it worse is the never ending stress that it is coupled with.
When did you have your gallbladder removed?
I know there is an adjustment period for your body to get used to digesting food in a new way.
Does your GI doctor think that is what is causing your bathroom situation?
