Can I consult an orthopedic doctor for free?
I have had a malunion on my left forearm three years ago. I am 18 years old. Symptoms include slow nail growth, weakness in the hand muscles, and weakness in the left back muscles. My hand functions normally, but I sometimes feel some pain.

Probably depends on your insurance and if you have met your deductible. But they will most likely need to be compensated first their time. You can certainly call the office and ask before making an appointment.

1 Reaction@dgalil, getting free access to healthcare depends on where you live and what insurance coverage you may have. If you do not have access to universal health care or are uninsured, some doctors and/or hospitals have charitable or financial assistance programs.
You can also search for services using FindHelp.
FindHelp https://www.findhelp.org/ is a resource directory that helps people find and connect to social services in their area. Services include low cost, no cost health care services in the US, and more. Just enter your Zip code.
