Can chlamydia weaken your uterine lining?

Hi,
I have had chlamydia a few times now in the space of 6 months. The last time seemed to be that antibiotics were not effective which was very frustrating! Twice now I have experienced some sort of uterine tearing (I think) from sex once I’ve completed antibiotics. Just wondering if having chlamydia can have weakened my uterine lining and it just needs time to be built up again?
