Can be described as sharp, jabbing, throbbing, burning, or even like
This past two weeks it happened to me twice, the first time my feet and hands were numb I felt nauseous and suddenly I had difficulty breathing and felt dizzy I thought maybe it was because of the heat outside but it lasted for two days my dizziness went away it would come back again and again within two days I didn't work for three days and rested but I thought I was okay but when I started working again I felt numb in my feet and hands I was scared so I sat down immediately and that's when it started I couldn't breathe my heart rate was fast my hands were hard to talk I couldn't close them or move them it was like they didn't have the strength to hold anything so I took them to the clinic and there. They just did a terrible job and sent me home I didn't go to work for a week to rest but it's still the same when I work I feel like my hands and feet are shaking my heart is beating fast I catch my breath only when I'm at work I feel like that but when I'm at home I'm okay

Hello @mackyrachel, Welcome to Connect. I know it must be difficult for you not to know what's happening and then not getting any help when you went to your clinic. The symptoms you describe sound a lot like the ones described in this Mayo Clinic Health System article - What is a panic attack?: https://www.mayoclinichealthsystem.org/hometown-health/speaking-of-health/what-is-a-panic-attack
The article mentions that the diagnosis must have at least four of the symptoms that are listed occurring simultaneously. Does that sound like what you are feeling? Are you able to talk to your doctor about how you are feeling when it happens?
