Calcium without Vitamin D.

I need to increase calcium for osteopenia but have heart palpations from vitamin D. I have increased dairy products but need to do more. An6 suggestions?? Many thanks...

I think you better to do some more research Vitamin D3 K2 and manganese glycinate citrate best for the absorption of calcium should not really need much of a calcium supplement with these other supplements.

As I mentioned,there are plenty of calcium supplements for sale that do not have vitamin D. You should have no trouble finding one for your needs. Google "calcium no vitamin d" and you'll see plenty.

@denway91 milk products aren’t the only food items rich in calcium. This might help.
