CA 27-29 numbers rising: Does anyone else have an issue like this?

Posted by sandyjr @sandyjr, Jul 1, 2019

My Ca 27.29 seems to be high....in the 40’s....and my oncologist says that that is probably normal for me. He checked the records from my first bc. Does anyone else have an issue like this?

@poliana 22 I got my D3 up to 52 and maintain with 3,000 units/day. One thousand of those is with K2. If I am in the sun in the summer I go down to 2,000.

I am pleased with most of my results. My skin is very white and don't stay in the sun at all. Therefore my vitamin D is low. Need to take supplements.

“ some” of the numbers, already hood may be better , others related to active cancer in body won’t be because you had the cancer removed through surgery.

I’m not a medical professional but I would think your D was low ( as is mine) and likely hasn’t changed unless you have taken steps to increase it.

I’m not familiar with some of the tests you took.

I am not sure if I understand what you are saying. Did those tests before the surgery and almost everything looks good. Vitamin D and CD3 and CD25 don't look ok.

My last one was 764! All scans and blood work good so not sure what this test actually shows. Hang in there

As you are post surgical and presumably in some manner of remission many of these numbers will no longer be valid.
