C diff along with collagenous colitis IBD GERD

I suffer from collagenous colitis and IBD. I also have been diagnosed with gastric ulcer and severe GERD. I don’t even have control over my bowels anymore. I can have a bowel movement (watery diarrhea) up to 20 times a day. Haven’t really lost weight which I find odd. I had E. coli about a month ago. Now I’m pretty sure I have C diff as I’ve had it before. I have constant gnawing burning and belching in my stomach. I’ve tried every medication for that and nothing has worked. Taking those meds makes the colitis flare. If I take colitis meds then my upper GI flares. Right now I’m dealing with both and as all of you know this is all very painful and life altering. My GI is hopefully sending me to a specialist for the acid reflux and there are two types of procedures that can be done. Right now I need to have my stool tested for the C diff. I was wondering if I could just go to the ER and they can test for it? It takes forever to get results when it has to be sent out in the meanwhile I’m just suffering. Thank you in advance for any guidance with all of this. We all know what a nightmare it is.
