Bone Spurs on the top of both feet. What do you do?
I have a movement disorder FND. My walking gait is terrible so my feet never touch the ground correctly. I have to use a walker.
I recently tore a tendon and broke a bone in one foot. The doc said I have bone spurs on both feet. Ouch.
What can be done for the pain?

How long ago did you break your foot and tear your tendon? Has it healed? Did you fully tear or partially tear your tendon? Did they recommend surgery to repair the tendon and to remove the bone spurs?
Have you tried icing, compression and elevation of your foot to help it heal? Can you use a NSAID for pain relief or Voltaren gel for inflammation? Have they offered you cortisone shots for the pain or physical therapy?
